The Alphacool HF Quick Disconnect Fittings for TPV tubing are taken from the Alphacool Enterprise Solutions product range and has been developed especially for Alphacool TPV hoses.

To ensure these criteria is met, Alphacool has concentrated on 3 main targets for the quick release fittings: a secure leak proof link, high tensile strength of the assembled hoses and a particularly low weight. The particularly high tensile strength is achieved by using a locking ring in the fitting. When the hose is mounted, the locking ring engages in the hose and holds it firmly in place.

To close the quick-release fastener, it only needs to be pushed together. To open it again, a small ring is pulled back. This makes the quick-release fastener pop open. The water loss is minimal and consists of only 1-2 small drops which can easily be halted with a towel or cloth.

Due to the high packing density in modern servers, the quick release fastener is made of highly stable nylon. They are therefore non-conductive and cannot cause any short circuits.

With conventional quick-connectors, narrow water channels will restrict the flow. With the Alphacool quick release connectors, the water flow is optimised to keep the resistance as low as possible. This version also uses a double seal to ensure maximum tightness and therefore maximum safety. A locking clip is also included to prevent accidental opening of the quick release fastener. An unlocking clip makes it easier to open the quick-release fastener if required.

Lightweight, extremely thin, high security and the non-conductive material are the basic characteristics of this quick release connector.
